Intern

 
 

The earliest opportunity to join edcons is as an intern. We offer internship to those who seek jobs with responsibilities, outstanding training and chance to learn from the best and the brightest. If you are a student currently pursuing college or university degree (NIFT or any other reputed academic institution) and looking forward to set a career in leather industry you may apply for the 16 week internship which will train you to handle responsibilities, work within deadlines and achieve the know-how of an export company along with the full timers and other stalwarts of the company.

 

  

vvvRequirements:

 
A leather background is preferred but not necessary. You are encouraged to apply provided you share an interest in leather goods and have a strong academic record.
The internship interview process will focus on your past experiences and future goals to determine whether you meet the core competencies that apply across all internship roles we offer.

vvvInternship orientation:
 

-The one-day Firm Wide orientation programme entitles you to know about the company its culture and the various benefits and responsibilities of being a member of edcons.

-Thereafter you will participate in division specific learning series. Divisional and Business area learning series of discussions on various topics related to a particular division.

vvMentoring:
 

- Your team leader as well as any edcons professional whom you meet in the course of your training will be committed in mentoring you during your stay here.

-We offer you experience that will aid you to make important career choices.

-An experienced professional will be there to answer your queries, help you sort out the ways to complete your work, aid you to find information you need and also look after your complete well-being.
